My original order did not arrive for a long time due to general transportation problems unrelated to Onecklace . I complained to their customer service and they sent me another one free of cost. After receiving my order the post customer service support was amazing! Not only didn’t they help make the order right but also resolved an issue that I had quickly by sending a replacement. Beautiful item of jewellery very pleased

I ordered a rose-gold two-names ring for my daughters xmas on 18th December. I wasnt expecting delivery till January but was delighted when it arrived before on 31st December.
